anyone trtied this.
seems to be one of the only viable ways to grow with closed plates
saw a russian guy like 15 years ago who grew over 10cm in like 5 or 10 years
slow progress but could be accelerated with the use of hgh or suppliments like glucosamine
if i grow 3 inches ill be 6'1 which is big halo plus you can fraud another inch or so and thats pretty much unmoggable since there are very few people over 6'4
plus it might improve my cartalage thickness so i dont get fucked when im an old geezer.
ordered a few things that should be here soon.
