I've witnessed with my own eyes around 100 kids growing up - friends, neighbors, relatives, classmates, etc. The vast majority reached most of their height at 14, after that they only grew maybe one or two inches. Two cases however were unusual, these guys were very short like 5' at 14 but somehow grew to 6' until the age of 18, so miracles can happen...
