I'm going to figure out how to get an easy life

Things on my side:
-Go to well respected jewni
-Parents have an extra house I can stay in
-Halfway complete with STEM degree
-Generally smart and likeable

Things against me:
-Cripplingly lazy
-Normie looks wise (you will see why this is relevant later)
-Parents won't let me NEET, I will only get the house if I get a somewhat respected job

Option 1: Current plan
Get a good tech job and go live in that house. Save enough to retire early, then check out and buy a cheap place in the midwest/some cheap foreign country.

Other options:
1. Figure out some easy wagie to do
Many options
2. Find a foid to leech off of (hard)
This can either be some gook studycel coder my age
or some divorced roastie that I will need to roid and beardmaxx for
3. Online moneymaxxing methods
I have one idea but realistically it will net me ~3k a month in a good scenario. Not all that much, better supplemental

I already am living an easy life. I get 1539 monthly, and am about to get a townhouse in the suburbs where I pay 30 percent of that towards rent. That leaves me with 1077 dollars for food, clothes, whatever. I don't have to wageslave, and I can save up to get an online degree and get a Cloud Engineer job where I can work from home for six figures.
