I’m going to cut my losses and drop out after this semester: if I can’t even do manage my grades in college, how am I supposed to even do internships on top of it? College doesn’t even guarantee you a job anymore by itself, I see no value in it.

If I were you, I'd stick it out. You still have until December, if you guys are doing a semester system. I don't know what system you guys are running over there. Maybe you can eke out a b- avg if you ace everything from here on out. It's worth a try, you'll just end up rotting n shit if you rot all day in and out.
