Ok but in this forum are many tips to improve those things are there not (ok not family)? Did you try them? Plus also it can’t hurt to get some help for depression it can be your brain just have some chemical issues and you can get some meds to give it a push. Many people feel like this because the world is shit but some things you can work on to make it more bearable and you might even become happy at some point.
