thats the bedrock version

basically rlcraft was initally a free modpack for minecraft java edition made by a single modder, but because of its popularity, a company bought the name and created a bedrock version

this isnt really even a bad thing though, it actually has paid developers working on it, so it actually has to be a good and polished mod, and you can expect regular updates

ive never played the bedrock version, no clue what its like

but in general java edition has basically a unlimited amount of free mods compared to bedrock, most major mods are only on java
