I have a strong theory that you can't "learn" a language as in you can't take a learning approach to it. It has to consume every source of media you touch and your brain will slowly overtime make sense of it. Learning anything is boring and low engagement = low retention of information (and low motivation to continue). Think about how by watching anime for years even with English subtitles, you can hear a plethora of Japanese phrases/words and immediately understand the meaning when all you were doing was enjoying the show. I'm going to personally test this theory but watching 1,000 hours of interesting Russian content using no subtitles before attempting speech.

Women that filter men based on height operate using more conservative dating filters and they are easily avoidable if you stay out of high status conscious environments. I'll likely be fine in young, liberal or educated environments where a mans vibe pulls more weight than his height.
