I’m going to Mexico for cheek liposuction and stem cells

Got rejected by a US surgeon for cheek lipo. I was already planning on going to Mexico for stem cells for a neck issue, and given this, I’ll just kill two birds with one stone and do them both during the trip. Has anyone had stem cells for orthopedic issues? Would like to hear your experience.
