Legit woke up from sleep went to the bathroom and wanted to check my hair in the mirror, use a reverse mirror and saw a medium sized hole in the mirror, my cortisol spiked like crazy, i immediately got my comb and combed my hair, and after that i had no recession area, but i don't know if this is cope tbh
