Mewing, thumping, face pulling, belt pulling, towel pulling, chewing... So many methods, but I've heard that clenching your teeth causes clockwise/counterclockwise rotation, depending on which teeth you're pressing on. So why not just walk around with your incisors clenched all day? If you can't, just put something on them, like a ruler. I'll do some more research, but I'll probably use this method because I can't mew symmetrically. I accidentally shifted my jaw clockwise by pressing on my soft palate while mewing hard, and my nose dropped a couple of mm. So, I'm going to reverse it; my sutures are still open. Wish me luck, I'll send you the results in a couple of months.
f you're 17 or younger, try this too. It works 100%, because if I can rotate the maxilla clockwise, I can rotate it back.
