Mewing, thumping, face pulling, belt pulling, towel pulling, chewing... So many methods, but I've heard that clenching your teeth causes clockwise/counterclockwise rotation, depending on which teeth you're pressing on. So why not just walk around with your incisors clenched all day? If you can't, just put something on them, like a ruler. I'll do some more research, but I'll probably use this method because I can't mew symmetrically. I accidentally shifted my jaw clockwise by pressing on my soft palate while mewing hard, and my nose dropped a couple of mm. So, I'm going to reverse it; my sutures are still open. Wish me luck, I'll send you the results in a couple of months.

f you're 17 or younger, try this too. It works 100%, because if I can rotate the maxilla clockwise, I can rotate it back.

Nigga, I don't want to post this here because I don't want niggas spreading it around the org as proof, that's how confident I am. I don't want my face flashed everywhere. But do you seriously think that 16-18 fucking hours a day of mewing won't shift your bones for 1.5 months at that age? Hard mewing for 5 minutes a day is stupid; it's like a massage to eliminate asymmetry. But regular hard mewing has no reason not to work.

I'll look into it, but my goal will be to apply pressure to the anterior maxilla. I don't think it makes any difference where you apply pressure—the anterior palate or incisors. Why do you think the towel/belt method shouldn't be used? If it's because of the strain on the teeth, then I understand. I also think the towel method is stupid because you're just doing unnecessary things by raising your arms and using an object. If we're talking about that kind of pressure, it would be much more logical to use the lower jaw as a means of pushing, clenching your teeth.

You have to clench stupidly hard for the towel method, obviously not something you should do

That's exactly why I say that clenching with incisors is better. Belt/clench pulling rip. They are simply not needed if you have a lower jaw. Beltpulling is only needed by her:
