In this thread I will tell you what I did and what could have influenced my results
1. Thumb pulling to widen the palate

I widened my palate by approximately 4 mm. This actually had little effect on rotation. The only thing I gained from it was a wider airway and a wider middle third.
I recently watched a JawHacks interview with an FME orthodontist. The video included before and after X-rays. Of course, his upper jaw moved forward, but I want you to pay attention to his lower jaw. We know that the lower jaw follows the upper jaw, and when the upper jaw shifted, the jaw joints changed their position, causing the lower jaw to move forward as well.

2.Facepulling; towel pulling: belt pulling

I don't think there's any point in explaining this. I had my own technique for doing it. I first tore the maxillary sutures so that they would be pliable to pressure later.

3. Hard mewing 24/7

I don't see the point in explaining either. Just press your tongue against the roof of your mouth.

How much time did it take to see results?
And what's your routine?
I do AstroSky's routine as it makes more sense

I don't have a routine. I do it when I want and as much as I want. I don't know anything about AstroSky's routine.

how old are you on both pic ?

How did you tear the maxillary sutures?
To break them, you don't need to press, but rather hit them. I don't know how to explain this movement.

I may be too retarded to understand but how do you tear them with a towel?
It's okay, many people don't understand this because I don't know how to explain it in words. I need a video for this, but I don't want to post myself.

Prolly put the towel in the mouth then bite down on it and pull the towel out while resisting with the teeth watch jordan wood

The median palatine suture runs in a different direction so that would really just fuck up your teeth.

@turneywest , maybe you could show how using diagrams of the skull and upper jaw, drawing points where to put the towel.

Id suggest you just get a palate expander

Apply to all teeth except the front 4 teeth.

what do u think of plier pulling
I tried doing this myself, but the problem is there's no suitable plier to expand the palate. Instead, you end up pressing on the tooth or gum. It's a good idea, but the implementation is a bit difficult.

you the maxillary sutures get "teared" during the beltpull right? you dont need to add a extra movement.
