Will post results on its affects on my acne, skin, hair, bloat, mood ect.

This week I got barely 6 hours a day. As low as 4.5 hours.

I’ve had weird thoughts and feelings this whole week, feeling more aggressive and self pitying. We’ll see if sleep changes this. Atleast 8 hours, preferably 10. I encourage people to join me.

Really hoping it improves acne.

me too i seriously need sleepmaxing, my sleep pattern is a mess

Tried this before, energy improved slighly
Also: didnt do jack shit for acne. Very expected tbh

I've been sleepmaxxing for about 2 weeks now (8-9 hours, no electronics before bed &c.). I've gotten a lot of increased energy and focus but I haven't seen anything else, at least not yet.

i sleep 8 hrs everyday most of time when im going college, i still feel like shit
