Yes I’m still working out normally but I’m gonna try to do hands specifically.
Girls really like veiny hands from what I’ve seen and heard. Also sometimes when im gripping something hard and my veins pop out, it looks cool so there’s that as well.
Especially if you are wearing long sleeve clothing and people only focus on hands. That’s if you don’t have large arms already. If you doubt have larger arms you should still try to make them a bit larger but until then, vascular handsmaxxing is a good thing to do on the side.
