Im gonna ask my surgeon for a Lefort 3 {help}

I‘d need Lefort 3 + Lefort 1 for posterior open bite. (post. impaction)

I really think the rate of him saying ‚yes‘ depends on how good i can form my argument. He’s a good listener and open.

How should i mention it and convince him of it being ideal for me. What „functional issues“ could i say i got aswell?

I got medium to severe asymmetry, obviously need Lefort 3 from an aesthetical point.
I was just thinking of combining all these in one argument and say Lefort 3 would be therefor what i need.

pls tell me what i could say so it sounds professional and mature

You can add projection to nasion, paranasal, under eye etc.

But your actual nose stays the same place, unless you started with a long nose to begin with you’re gonna look like you have a recessed nose.

austrian surgeon showed me modified lefort 3‘s, normal lefort 3‘s and the people did not look deformed, they looked recessed.

It‘s true the average bluepill cucked surgeon doesnt do them, but some value the art of this surgery more than others and are blackpilled
