Im gonna bonesmash and will keep y’all updated, (not posting photo btw)

hit the top parts of the zygo there are fat pads on the lower part

Give it tine to heal i bonesmash 2x a week Tuesdays and Fridays

Each session needs to be stronger than the previous one because the bone adapts, do not do light taps, prioritize power


Zygos and chin are the most malleable bones

Also chew hard stuff (without engaging ur buccinator muscles) mastification is pretty underrated for bone remodelling

I have a question, i’ve seen a couple of people bonesmash like Zeta but he didnt get any bruise, does that mean you do it wrong if you get bruises

There should be some light bruises,
some are more pre-disposed towards getting bruises and some less
