im gonna thumbpull for around 15min daily, when i am in school im only going to do it laterally in sets of 90secs medium to high intensity im also gonna push the backpart of the palate/soft palate up towards my skull, when i get home im gonna use the hammer method that i have invented all you need is a hammer and some fabric of some sort. what you are going to do is wrap the fabric on the handel end of the hammer for grip then when you are bracing your head against the wall while laying on your bed the fabric wrapped end of the hammer is going to be placed in your front palate and your going to use your chest/stomach as leverage while one hand is pushing your palate forward and the other is pulling against your body like an anchor locking the hammer inplace so you dont slip and break all teeth then using the weight of your head your going to place upward pressure on the palate as well as forward pressure.
