when i work out or get hot or stressed it gets giga itchy.Its flakey.And when i itch the scalp with a comb its kinde bleeds tiny.So idk what condition i have.

The hair seems healthy its the scalp.I use all nautral shampoo.I have near curly/really wavy hair and use shampoo once every 2-3 days
