mix 1:1 ratio

apply to lash

leave for 10 mins

wipe excess with dry cotton ball / tissue

damp tissue over lashes

done

Never saw this reply, ironic that i looked “refectocil” up bc it’s what i use on mine and wanted to see how others use it. What do u mean by 1:1 ratio? It’s so hard to do this shit because i have blonde eyelashes. Nvm just realized u use developer. I use oxidant liquid with the dye
