Tbh turkey is probably the place for implants as its absurdly expnsive in UK. Issue is jaw implants often look uncanny and usually arent the fix. If u DM i can recommend good surgeon for normal maxillofacial surgeries in UK.

I dont think that my maxillas the issue cause the reason I want the implants are, my chin is tall enough and wide enough its just not squared, and my jaw is not bad, its just not wide enough and I want more flared gonions + a taller ramus on the left of my jaw. however im not an expert on surgeries so if the maxillo thing can help with that ill get that instead

how old are you

17, however im 18 in June and I have saved enough to get them in turkey but it would take me awhile to get the 12k I need for a uk surgery

U would know if maxillas the issue. and even if it is theres nothing u can really do about it other than lf2 which u wont get. Also "having a large ramus" is overrated. Theres no point getting implants for that its autistic. I would recommend BSSO with no plates, depending on the surgeon u could ask for them to add height too.

i dont know a place where implants are 6k, normally rhinoplasty costs that bro....
implants normally cost around 20-30k, mostly full jaw implants, could cost even more

honestly bro you can get some mandibular growth at 17 with steroids, 6k should be more than enough to afford them
