I'm TETANISED to end up bloated tho, i've tried the chewing journey for a total of 4 times, but every single time i stopped because i felt like my temples were the one receiving all the tension, and my face was bloated. and instead o having strong massseter muscle i would have strong temporalis muscle, which will make bloated and ugly.

This do really freak me out, and i might not do it because of it.

What do you think? any advice regarding the temporalis menace

Don't listen to people ITT. Steroids will not age you as long as you only use them temporarily and not too high of a dose
