appreciate the advice but the library is one of the quietest places ever; this just amplifies the ringing overall.
i just spent an entire hour reading and it was unbearably hard to focus on pretty much anything.

what really feels good is when i go out and i get background noise such as cars and wind but from a specific distance so that it's not too loud and not too quiet. unfortunately this is pretty hard to find considering the fact that i live in the french countryside.
