alot of threads that are in BOTB aren't BOTB and same thing vice versa alot of threads that aren't BOTB are more than BOTB worthy. Other than @Kingkellz & @SubhumanCurrycel 's thread there isn't much in there tbh. Mr. Cope's T thread is golden but it's a copypasta from @vorman on lookism. Other than that there isn't much in there that we don't know already. Oh yea and the puberty thread. But the rest of the BOTB is common knowledge, train neck, sleepmaxxing, posture, etc
