I already went to two dermatologists in UK, but the skin looks normal so they didn’t really know. I suspect it could be neuropathic (nerve related) since there is no visible skin issue and what I’ve tried from the derms hasn’t worked. But then I’ve had normal blood test results, so the only neuropathic cause might be a pinched nerve or something, but I have no other symptoms
Anyway, in Chinese hospitals you just go and select which department you wanna see. I’ll go to dermatology again, armed with translations, and see what they say. I’ll suggest it’s neuropathic, and see if they prescribe something for that, like gabapentin or a nerve-numbing cream, or ask them if I should go to the neurology department
If they do nothing, I could try getting gabapentin myself, but apparently pharmacies (including online) are stricter now and check for prescriptions. And I don’t want to risk ordering from some unverified pharmacy and either getting some dangerous fake shit or getting my ass handed to me by the authorities
