Dnp would be totally up to you as the biggest reasons against doing dnp would be non-pharamacologicql reasons really and more just about how much comfort yyoure willing to sacrifice for quicker results, if youre willing to be super sweaty and lethargic for a while to be able to lose 1lb+ a day then buy it, if not then dont
