You can’t fix everything at once; it’s overwhelming and sets you up for failure. You need to focus on one thing at a time and build from there. For me, it starts with fixing my garbage sleep schedule. If I can get that under control, everything else, gym, diet, mental health, will follow. One step at a time, or you’ll burn out before you even start.
