last time i made one i gagged first time i drank it

i fucking hate peanut butter, so im gonna replace it with nutella

Add oats and peanut butter that’s what I do and add lots of honey to get rid of the taste

If you are not on animal products only and don't care about gluten, pick 400 g of bread, put +150 g of good cheese and how much you want of fatty meat in. Those are +2k calories, can be 3k depending on the type and amount of cheese/meat. This would be one meal, have 1 more meal with same calories and there you get +4-5k in 2 meals.

Too little? Can put 10 slices in if you want, that would be 250 g (around 800-1100 calories). I said 6 slices because that's what I did today. You need to microwave the sandwich, the cheese gets eaten as if it was nothing. Additionally you can pour some sauces, fry some eggs and put it in, some lettuce, tomatoes or onions as well, whatever you want. It's a monster meal but way better than some bulk alternatives I see that will make you make throw up all that shit.

Do you think spamming bread as meal or addon meals is good for bulking?
Because I spam a combo of: bread + meat cuts (mortadel meat)+ cheese + camembert cheese as a "side-meal"

If it does not cause digestive discomfort I guess it's fine. 100g of bread have slightly more than 200 calories. With 400g of bread you get to around 1k calores from it alone.

Probably could I might add Nutella to my smoothie thanks for the idea
i did and it was good asf

mightve added a bit too much but it complimented the protein powder a lot
