I'm gonna make a pizza

Give advice for great pizza!

I'll be doing the crust, tomato sauce, everything (except for the bearnaise).


I'll be using wet yeast (I think it's called). Never done pizza before except for with baking powder and from those DIY pizza kits so that's why I could use a little help.

• Pizza crust (yeast, water, salt, olive oil)
• Tomato sauce (crushed tomato, salt, pepper, chili sauce, tomato paste, basil, oregano)
• Pizza cheese
• Ham
• Garlic
• Onion
• Mushroom
• Mozzarella
• Artichoke
• Bearnaise sauce
• Pepsi Max

Is there anything else I should add? Bacon?

I'm going easy on the beer. I already had 3 yesterday and today I'm planning to workout so that'll have to be some other day.
