Cage your junior and throw away the keys . Seriously though, it' easy to quit something when you simply don't see yourself as the person to do such thing. If you identify as a smoker quitting becomes harder, If you don't see yourself as a smoker then quitting becomes so much easier. You don't need it anymore so you just ignore the urges. Anyways, just read "The Easy Peasy Way", full audiobook on yt, it's what did it for me
