I'm gonna start to use tretinoin to get rid of my acne scars, just wondering if it will have any impact on my bones like accutane?

No, also make sure to read the skin care guides on this forum from BOTB to get more of an understanding, then research about tret yourself; that way, you don't have to make a post like this ever again.
