honestly isotret doesn't have a lot of side effects BUT monitor your baselines levels anyway and also i would personally wait if your acne is not subhuman tier

You need grass fed meat. Avoid vegetables and egg whites. Avoid overconsumption of fruit. If you can handle dairy thats ok.

In some people it takes months to change.

isotret has a fucking shit ton of side effects. basically main effects because everyone goes through them (fucked joints, constant nosebleeds, dry lips and dry skin but thats not really a side effect since thats what shrinking pores will do)
