Lately ive been more tired, more appetite and ive been sleeping really really long (with the exception of today, where i just for the life of me cannot go to sleep, which brings me onto my next point)

i measured myself cuz i was bored and couldnt sleep and lo and behold i grew one centimeter since 3 weeks ago

today i measured at 186cm

nah, i asked my parents if i could supplement zinc and stuff but they said no cuz theyre afraid im gonna take too much of it

just relying on genetics + milk
