After I lost my home office job last year, I welfaremaxxed, but I needed a new account for my savings. I used my mother's name and her old phone for the kyc part. Right now I have 15k in this account on my mother's name, but I work part-time again so I have some savings on my own bank account too. But it's good to have two accounts honestly as you can legally avoid taxes (everything below 17k is tax-free in Germany) and I have full control over both accounts.
