im in absolute privacy i just have no instinct to cry. i am very unexpressive. never smiled as a child. people say im robot and have no emotions. which is not true, but i feel happiness very mildly and only feel hatred strongly.

i haven't looked much into it, are you still conscious and can walk around and watch your body? like 3rd person in a video game? i've read some stuff on the FBI using it to spy on people

i believe u can reality shift from lucid dreaming

let me explain the theory

i think of everything as frequencies. consciousness is a frequency, and it interacts with other frequencies. our "reality" is basically the frequency of the connection our consciousness is tuned into.

if we want to leave this reality, this reality logically would permit our nonexistence. death could be a permanent reality shift. but while ur unconscious in this reality (from everyone elses perspective ur just laying there not doing anything) it gives ur consciousness the opportunity to exist in a different reality, and u can do this by changing the consciousness in order to tune in to the right frequency.

ive never reality shifted but its been my goal in the back of my mind as a cope since i hate this reality so much, it seems flawed to fundamentally to fix, and so i wish to exist somewhere else.

also i think of space (dimensions, distance) as a frequency. i think of infinite smallness and largeness as basically frequencies outside of our comprehension. just to get my thoughts down.
