Im having a hard time falling asleep on my back any tips??

Get a memory foam pillow with a small indent in the middle for your head. Google “ergonomic pillow”. Some people say that travel pillows help, but I’m not sure how good that would be for your jaw posture; it doesn’t seem optimal. Consider taking melatonin or something if it takes you a long time to get to sleep over all… Remember that this will take a while to get used to because it isn’t natural for you. I’ve been having the same issue.
i think thats because youre not supposed to sleep on your back

Humans are not meant to sleep on their back. As cavemen, we'd sleep on our side (typically left) with a weapon in our right in case they needed to protect themselves throughout the night.
