Im having a terrible night right now

My friends asked me to sneak out i was around halfway i had walked around a mile and all of a sudden they arent going out and one of them was apparently "pissed" at the others and I went up to the woods near my house to drink alcohol alone in peace or so I thought until I heard dogs barking i ran out some cows spawned in the field beside and I saw a man and sneaked past him and ran home i decided not to even drink since I hadn't even started yet then I poured myself a nice little bowl of cereal I get upstairs to my room feeling shit and all of a sudden as im putting it down milk spills all over my cream carpet at that point I just broke down all this shit in a fucking row and I cant get any peace.
