Your anxiety has a main cause, you have to find out what the cause is and work on that. What makes you scared? What leaves you up at night? It can’t be there without a reason

If you have a benzo prescription then go to the doctor who prescribed it and tell them it’s not working. They can suggest alternatives like changing your meds/dose, or doing cognitive therapy. This forum is not the right place to ask this question, it’s full of retarded 15 year olds who are going to tell you useless shit like “eat raw organs” or something.

Goto a psychiatrist if u have actual anxiety and not just bad social skills like the autists on the forum. U need SNRI and exposure therapy over the long term..
