Im having trouble with linux and windows

Dont fet me weong i like linux for its privacy stuff but i csnt really run .exe files on it and im trying to get windows on a hard drive just for some things like that and playing games that have easy anticheat but i cant run rufus because it is a .exe file can someone help me out.

Use ventoy instead of rufus, rufus won't work on linux

chad uses mac and shuts it the second he needs to open a gay command prompt
