so I'm gonna do a lil experiment on myself, the purpose of each is:
8,75 mg Flurbiprofen to increase longitudinal growth (based on rat studies but so far there hasn't been any human studies so i guess I will find out)
25 mg Meclizine to decrease abnormal FGFR3 signaling, however there was a human study past year on kids with achondroplasia and it didn't do much, the problem with Meclizine is that we don't know how it distributes to each tissue, it doesn't really matter how much Meclizine we have in the plasma, if we don't know how much reaches growth plates we don't know if it works, and so far we only have studies on Meclizine being measured on the plasma, I might scale up the dose to 125 mg Meclizine and I'll update if I do so
400 mg aspirin to reduce inflammation which will indirectly reduce Aromatase expression in adipose tissue (flurbiprofen is also an NSAID so the effects of both aspirin and Flurbiprofen might overlap)
growth plates are still open, but my bone age is 17 so this might just all be cope and it's over gg well played, plus the fact this is all over the counter medication and not some crazy shit like an actual Aromatase Inhibitor or an FGFR3 Inhibitor which would be ideal for me
I do have access to some prescription medication like piroxicam that's an anti inflammatory a family member of mine is taking I might just grab some for myself just for fun
