I’m 5’9 145 lbs

can bench 225 x 10 reps
Squat 225 x15
Dumbell curl 55 x 10 each hand
30 pull ups nonstop

Yea, becomes easier when you are very low body fat, I will make a video and make sure to tag you in about 3 days
