I'm in deep trouble... (ATFL Rupture Injury)

on 1st feb, i injured my ankle badly playing volleyball
i inversion twisted on uneven ground upon landing

xray was done and a my 5th metatarsal had a hairline fracture
mri was done yesterday and report is pending for a clearer picture
but the doctor said i ruptured my atfl ligament and i can feel it too
serious issue, but thankfully it was not a complete (tear 3) rupture
i have also bled internally and the region has swelled

im dealing with excruciating pain and inability to walk properly

ligament healing rehab, that too for the ankle really takes a lot of time, unlike the bone
only to be able to walk freely would take 3 months
and to recover fully athletically, a year atleast

despite this, my ankle will never be the same, it will always have a risk of re-injury so i have to do the rehab exercises lifelong in order to just feel normal
now obv i am no professional athlete, so my demands are also less

I'M REALLY SAD BECAUSE I AM TECHNICALLY DISABLED FOR THE ENTIRE YEAR AND I AM 22 (IN MY PEAK YOUTH YEARS)
RN, FOR THIS ENTIRE MONTH, I CAN'T EVEN LEAVE MY HOUSE
I FEEL MENTALLY ILL

also, my wageslaving IT service job in a tier 3 country but thankfully in a tier 1 city is to be joined soon (april)
i wanna slay some chics there and have a cool life
i want people treating me well
i can't go around wearing a fucking walking boot, i'll look like a clown man
first impression is the last impression

i can't even go to the gym for upper body until 3 months are passed and hit legs until next year

hopefully my genes speed up recovery

I CAN'T LIVE WITHOUT SPORTS!

Wtf I also sprained my ankle when I almost fell out of my bike one week ago in traffic because of an auto guy madarchod

Luckily it didn't tear as I can walk fine and have no pain when I don't move.
