It was unironically just me being a stubborn, autistic kid. Basically I took longer to go from diaper to toilet than the average kid because parents and grandmother kept pressuring me into doing it, so I got stubborn and used diapers still for longer than the average child, but once it was not an option anymore, I would force myself to refrain from shitting for days or weeks at a time. It got to the point where parents would lock me in doors and not let me go outside with friends, or read or watch TV, until I just shat

Best to not force it out, or else could cause damage and pain. Prune juice is a good natural laxative, as well as just walking around. Continue to eat more food. Note that a lot of meat and milk can make symptoms worse, so better to avoid In the short term. High fiber foods are good. In the long run though its fine to eat lot of meat as long as your fiber intake is good. Advocados are great and high fiber, and also taste good. I also find a cup or two of cofee a day good for having regular bowel movements.
