Actually helped quite a bit.
Im not really doing any specialist techniques. Just just breathing in and out.

Whenever i have a headache i do holotropic breathing technique or whatever its named, lie down (ur gonna get really dizzy for a while), then start taking deep long breaths for a while and then you'll start feeling your whole body going numb.

Also you should get that toothache checked out, it might be an infection and those can be fatal.

Will try than when it comes back. Its gone for now but it's on and off.

I have booked an appointment. I drink way alot of surgery drinks (especially monster) so it's probably just a cavity. I'm going to stop buying monster now tho

I have cavities too but i can't go to the dentist since my parents won't take me And i also have a chipped tooth.
And there are no good dentists near me.
Last one kinda did a shit job.
