This was me in October


And before that


I went from 104 kgs to 81-82 kgs. Took me longer than needed because I was binging every once in a while and had life happening and deliberately went slow not to loose too much of strength/muscle mass but I did this without any GLP stuff. This is the leanest I've been since I left the army. The last time I was around this weight was around 4-5 years. That military picture I was 82 kgs there but not gymaxxed


Great definition of abs, chest, arms everywhere, significantly better cardio can run for miles no problem. No joint pains. Face is also lean, jawline fully visible and defined but I still have cheek fat, and I'm not longer the strongest guy in the gym

I am considering buccal fat removal or atleast aqualyx tbh. I asked a gym bro to estimate my bf% and he told me 16%. Would it be worth it to go leaner and see if I lose cheek fat?

Really? I thought my physique looked pretty decent tbh.
It is pretty good but you have to be at 10% minimum in order to reach top tier aesthetics

I’m the opposite, lean cheeks but I need to get hella lean just to have abs

The max is 9% imo. And yeah that’s somewhat true. If you become lower than 9% in terms of body fat you have a good chance of fucking up your endocrine system

Cause they’re low iq faggots. They want to be giga lean for muh aesthetics but it actually makes them look hideous due to losing fat pads under their eyes making them look sickly. Body fat is still needed to look healthy and attractive but they take lean is law too seriously

closest thing I took to dnp but was like baby version was t3
I felt like like I was rotting away I lost like 10 lbs of fat and 3 lbs of muscles in 2 weeks

would work if you were a PSL god who can be lean and still slay but doesn't work for us mTNS we need muscles to cope

Simple balanced diet brah. I just ensure I eat enough protein and I'm in a deficit that's it. I don't do calories counting, weighting my food and all.

I eat healthy I was just trying to fit my macros like a retard I have been really high protein but low carb and fat

u need protein and fat. carb intake should depend on how active u are. i do carb cycling. when im active more i eat more carbs when im less active i eat less carbs

and rela ones knwo low carb with hg is optimal to resist insulin resistance
