I’m in week 7 of cut- things are getting tough so close to giving up

This is so draining. I might need Reta. First 5 weeks was literally perfect no cheat meals I was so disciplined. But idk what happened last 14. Days I’ve had 5 cheat days where I’ve been in surplus and eaten slop. I don’t know what’s happening to me I used to be so locked in I’m scared I’ve ruined everything

Don’t stress too much. A few cheat meals wont ruin your progress, you can get back on track

reta will always help but, if ur going all natty then js get 20k steps a day. dont change ur calories just add the extra cardio. id recommend taking both routes tho. if you really have to then adding 100-150 extra cals wont change ur fatloss very much.

Alr thanks for advice bro. How long do u think ive pushed results back from these cheat days?

don’t quit now man you’ve already done 7 weeks just tighten up the diet and get back on track a few cheat days won’t ruin your entire progress unless you let it

like a week max bro ur chillin. even less if u get those steps in. my cut is as follows, take this info and apply it to ur own cut.

BMR: -2200
Steps: -1000
lifting: -150
TEF: -200
=3550
calorie intake=1900
cals burned a day: 1650

I'm shedding 1 lb of fat every 2-3 days eating at this deficit. I've gone from 258.8 to 225.8 since Dec 31st, 10 of these lbs in the past month after I implemented over 15k steps minimum.

Cardio will do wonders for u on the journey so dont skip it. wishing u luck tho. Remember, life starts at 12% bf.
