I don't know how to keep a conversation going

1. I was like that too, Many people don’t in the digital era, very achievable just takes work

2. I feel the same, sometimes i just dont want to bc i hate small talk but ive learned that the less i overthink what to say and ive improved overtime ( still working on it tho)

3. Honestly in my opinion the only true purpose a human has is to try their best to enjoy life. Every single human struggles with their own issues and hardship while having an inevitable timer counting down their days. Why dwell on the bad (not to downplay any serious life troubles of course) just an optimistic mindset
