it can be done, but it's really hard. Unless you pray for a miracle. Also, depends on where you are on the spectrum. Most of us on the HFA can wear a mask and hide it well.

I am mostly non verbal around people,
Whenever sombody talks to me I can't relax my face,I try to avoid eye contact,
I can't speak properly infront of others and also I don't know how to talk with other people

I'm not a Dr, but it seems like you are fairly high functioning. It gets better with age. When I was teens and 20s I couldn't look people in face because it hurt my eyes. Now I can do it with practice and kind of looking off to side but at their face so I don't competely freak them out. Focus on an object in the room will help with anxiety.

Yes bro,and also when I walk outside I can't look at people's face/eye contact with them because I lack confidence.
I always walk fast whenever I see a girl coming from the front to avoid eye contact.
