I wouldn't say that. It's very subtle. It can definitely calm you down a bit tho if you're feeling high cortisol.

How do those suppress hunger? Shouldn't the last 3 make u hungry ? Maybe not nicotine

Not sure if beta alanine makes any difference but caffeine and nicotine definitely suppress hunger.

Yeah I might quit this year. Its wayyyy better than smoking tho so it's not really a problem the way I look at it.
