The reason thumb pulling “doesn’t work” is only because it takes more than just a few exercises per day. It has to be pulled 24/7 in order for results to happen. It’s like Invisalign but for the maxilla.

That’s only to widen your palate, but it does absolutely nothing for forward growth.
And 99.9% of the time orthodontists won’t do it for looksmaxxing purposes, you gotta have an EXTREMELY narrow palate to the point of medical conditions, chewing issues, etc.
I walked into an ortho consultation once and I asked for an expander. They looked at me like “gtfo outta bro you don’t need that”. The topic just shifted straight to Invisalign jfl. They don’t look at whether your face is mogger-tier or chad or not . As long as serious conditions are treated and they get your money.
