You can get it from a gray source for cheap. Search for a source that ships to your country, it’s probably not hard to find

brutal, i mean i wouldn't rec because when u reach ideal weight and u start to eat again, your metabolic rate is going to be shit and you will gain all the weight back eventually, i say eat meat doesn't matter mostly what source your getting it from (supermarket or farmers market) but meat solid fats (beef tallow or butter) (not too much though) no oils like liquids, and eat carbs like fruit cut bread oils sugars in candys or pastries vegetables and that's would just be a normal eating diet that would help anyone.
