so actually i’m in a lean bulk but started looking puffy and a bit bloated i’m gonna do fucking 1-2 day of fasting to shredd all the puffiness ,


i fucking hate going to grocery store
so i just don’t want to see human beings also it’s beneficial for leanmaxx
and from monday my full body 3x a week starts i stopped doing splits as a natty you need more frequent stimulus to growth and more rest
